Aww, how sweet! You're a great person just because you decided to check out this page. Simply enjoying my site's contents and writing me a note would be great -- an epic fantasy novel is hard work!
Goddess of Illusions takes a lot of my time, energy and creativity, and doesn't really leave much room for anything else if I want to have a first draft ASAP. I have a fledgling web/print design business that is starting to take off, which so far allows me to work from home and consequently allows me more time for creative endeavors.
I certainly don't expect you to give me a handout... like I said, just dropping me a note would be great encouragement. However, I made this page in case there are people who are very interested in the novel's development and would like to know what they could do to help over and above encouragement alone.

Everyone who donates will be given a password for full access to the site (you can request a password without donating, but I'm getting a bit stingy about giving them out these days because I don't want people stealing my work), and I will also be happy to add a link to your site and a mention on my project contributors page if you wish.
All donations will go towards defraying server costs, research-related materials and travel, and writers conferences/other services to help me find an agent and publisher in the future.
Those who donate more than $10 will receive a free hand-signed first edition copy of my book when it is published for showing that you believe in me!
