I am formerly a web designer and marketing copywriter who recently left my job to follow my dream of becoming a published novelist and screenwriter.

I come from a long line of writers; my grandmother was a freelance journalist and English teacher, and her mother won fabulous prizes in writing contests frequently. My mother, another talented writer, is currently working on her first book. I am hoping that this novel will be the one to get me recognized as a legitimate fantasy author.

Goddess of Illusions began as a short story with very little direction, and evolved into a much bigger project than I ever imagined! It's surprised me many times along the way and I'm very excited about completing it.

I live near Portland, Oregon with my husband, my cat and my beloved modified racing Corvette, the Millenium Falcon. I enjoy playing video games, reading fantasy and science fiction stories, and goofing off on the Internet. I also am a singer/songwriter; my first album, Misfit, is slated for release by Christmas.
